I know it is not a usual approach we are planning here. But we use the internal order to post our revenue as long as we get an understanding of profit center and COPA and we might stay with the order number and never go to COPA So there will not be lots of changes in the order number., therefore we can exactly assign the material master data to an order number.But our sales people have no understanding of internal order numbers at all and we thought we assign the order number to the material master data, that when a sales person creates a sales order and enters the material number the internal order number will be derived.I hope you get my point..
Therefore I ask for adding an field to the material master data.
