Hello Workflow Gurus,
I have been asked to create a workflow that will be triggered when an user fails his password 3 times in a row and gets locked. The workflow has to create a new password for the user and email it to the user SAP assigned email immediately, and the client wants a workflow because of all the advantages it gives.
I have not yet researched how to generate a new password for the user (if you happen to know to do it please let me know, however, this is not the thread intention) to find a way to do it that is not from SU01.
I am having issues looking for a way to trigger my workflow, i have checked and i found no events or change documents in the system, i have also done google research for similar threads and have no found no successful answer.
Please, if you know any way i could trigger the workflow when user gets lock let me know. Any help with be highly appreciated as i have had no luck in my research.
