ToC getting created in ChaRM Urgent Change Document

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue in urgent change document

Whenever we change the status from “In-Development” to “To Be Tested” of an urgent change document, a ToC is getting created in the background for the original TR. As far as i know This is not the standard behavior of the Urgent Change document.

Could you please help me in knowing what causing the issue.

i also tried using standard transaction type SMHF but the issue is same.

We are with Solution Manager 7.1 SP11
