Thanks for your reply.

Yes, we can generate the report for example on July 2014 specifying Period 1-12 of 2013.

In this case, all 12 periods of 2013 for both OC1 and OC2 will be covered.

Or we can create a custom report with parameter: posting date.

When they specify posting date from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013, it will generate the results by calendar year instead of fiscal year.
